| Why Bother with History? I am astonished at the growth of the company over the past few years, and somewhat saddened that as we've grown to become a larger company, we do not share the common set of exeriences that make our company so unique. The newest members of our family walk in the door and must think of HotJobs.com as a huge Internet brand, but for many of us, we see a tiny company that had stroke of luck, fortuitous timing, and the fortune of having so many energetic people to grow into the company that it is today. As we approach the anniversary of the event that put us on the map (namely, the Super Bowl), I thought that it would be cool to write down all the stuff that has happened since the idea of HotJobs.com was created over 4 years ago in Richard's head. This is by no means and official or comprehensive history, but I hope that by showing you a little of what I've witnessed, you'll understand why so many of us hold HotJobs.com so near and dear to our hearts.
